(6) In order to maintain the best quality of the courses, our center requires that all course materials and preparatory work be completed one month prior to the start of the course. Therefore, if you are unable to participate in the course for any reason after completing your registration, the fees are non-refundable. If you inform our center one week before the course, you may retain your registration for the next session or transfer to another course within six months. If you are absent or unable to complete the course due to personal reasons, it will be considered a forfeiture, and the fees paid are non-refundable.

(7) If an applicant is unable to participate in the course service activities, they may transfer to another course within 1 to 3 weeks prior to the course, subject to a 20% deduction from the remaining amount. Changes to the course or transfer of participants are limited to one change only; any fee difference will be adjusted accordingly. If a refund is requested due to personal reasons, the handling fee will be borne by the applicant.

(8) Our center reserves the right to modify these service terms. The modified terms will be published on this site and users will not be individually notified; users are expected to agree to comply with the modified service terms.
